RESTAURANT
Buffet breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m
Lunch is 12:30-1:00 p.m. / Dinner is 7:30-8:00 p.m
Kind guests are requested to respect the times, or notify the front desk of any needs.
In the event that, you do not take advantage of the lunch or dinner (provided in the package), they will not be refunded or deducted from your bill.
Extra Lunches/Dinners outside of the estimate are subject to a surcharge ranging from 15.00 Euro to 20.00 Euro depending on the menu.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash (up to a maximum of 999.99€) / Bank check / ATM card
- Credit cards (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSì)

CANCELLATION WITHDRAWAL
In case of cancellation or withdrawal, the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking will be applied.
In case of non-refundable reservations, the hotel will be authorized to withdraw the full amount directly from the credit card provided by the Client.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Upon early departure the amount of the entire stay will be due (as per hotel regulations)

ACCEPTANCE OF ANIMALS
The Hotel offers the possibility to accommodate small and medium-sized animals in its facility, with an extra charge of Euro 15.00 for the final cleaning of the room.
The Management must be informed of the presence of the animal at the time of booking.
The customer inside the accommodation must ensure that the animal is kept in a way that does not cause harassment and damage to customers and the hotel structure.
Pets are not allowed in our Restaurant (both lunch and dinner) . Management has the right to request compensation or compensation for any damage done to the facility.
A surcharge may be required at the beach to be paid locally.

PROHIBITIONS
Smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the hotel including the rooms (art.51 law 3 of 16/01/03). Guests are kindly requested to use the areas outside the Hotel for smoking. It is forbidden to use the towels and linen provided in the rooms outside the rooms.

PARKING
Paid parking is available at designated parking area, subject to advance reservation. A deposit is required for the parking card, which must be returned upon departure.

Bicycle rental only in the summer period.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Drinks at the bar - Tourist tax of Euro 2.50 per person per day.

GENERAL RULES OF BEHAVIOR IN THE ROOMS AND THE HOTEL
Prohibition of entry into the rooms of persons unrelated to the HOTEL. For security and privacy purposes, visits from family members or friends, must be authorized by the Management and the visitor is required to leave at the Front Desk an identity document which he/she will collect on leaving the Hotel.
Please respect the rest of all Guests, especially during the night, from h. 22:00 to H.8:00.
